CIRMA, the insurance program of The Connecticut Conference of Municipalities (CCM), has an exciting opportunity in our Underwriting, Marketing & Member Relations Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include supporting new account selection and pricing, renewal pricing terms and conditions as well as managing member risk management services. Successful candidate is responsible for acquisition and retention of profitable accounts through sound underwriting principles, reflective of company policy under direction of a senior staff member. The primary responsibilities for this position are related to CIRMA Workers' Compensation and Liability-Auto-Property (LAP) pools.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The knowledge required would generally be acquired with a Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, or statistics. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills required. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
