Conducts property surveys and building replacement value assessments
	Develops comprehensive property protection and conservation programs
	Assists member with the implementation of their property protection and conservation program through on-site consultation
	Analyze the preventative maintenance and self inspections programs relating to: fire protection systems & equipment, alarm and supervisory services, boiler & machinery equipment, etc
	Review building security and related premises access exposures
