Connecticut towns and cities receive billions of dollars annually in municipal aid from the state.  Learn about the state budget process and the latest on the 2020 legislative session.  Hear how the economy and policy decisions are impacting the state budget, and in turn, municipal budgets.  Get information on trends in municipal aid and finance.
