CTDOL Shared Work Program Overview

WEBINAR

PROGRAM OVERVIEW back to top

Shared Work is a voluntary program that helps employers during business downturns by providing an alternative to total layoffs. Eligible employees work a reduced number of hours and receive a portion of their weekly unemployment compensation. Shared Work cushions the adverse effect of the reduction in business activity and helps maintain business continuity.

Learn from the Shared Work Team on how CTDOL Shared Work Program may offer a solution. This webinar will include the following topics as well as an extensive Q&A from attendees:

1. Shared Work Overview
2. How to Apply
3. COVID-19 Program Expansion
