The Town of Waterford seeks a Municipal Facilities Manager to oversee and coordinate the maintenance of all Town-owned buildings and other facilities; to develop and oversee the execution of capital improvements for Town buildings; to manage construction and special projects at town facilities; and to perform semi-skilled duties in the operations, maintenance, and repair of buildings.

Associates degree or higher or graduation from a trade or technical school. At least five years’ previous experience. At least ten years of experience may be substituted for education. Experience performing semi-skilled maintenance and repair involving general building related trades work; using and maintaining hand and power tools normally associated with carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.
