Working under the direct supervisor of the Town Planner, the Land Use Enforcement Officer is responsible to enforce and assist with the compliance of Town Zoning, Inland Wetlands and Watercourses, Planning, Historic District and subdivision regulations.

Qualifications back to top

High School Diploma (or GED) required. A minimum of three to four years related experience including at least one year of zoning enforcement or inland wetlands enforcement. College degree in related field may be substituted for two years of experience. CAZEO and DEEP Inland Wetlands certification preferred.

This is a full-time, 35 hour per week, non-union position. Pay rate commensurate with experience.
